Before you go

Ask about allergens when you order: US food law names nine major allergens (milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy and sesame), and kitchens can tell you which dishes contain them.
Restaurant inspection results are kept by the city or county health department; many publish them online or post the latest grade at the door.
For table service a tip of 15–20% is customary; at counter-service places tipping is optional.

I’ve been to a lot of ice cream shops, and the Baskin-Robbins in East Dearborn is by far the best! The ice cream is always fresh, delicious, and they have an amazing selection of flavors. The service is incredibly fast, even when they’re busy, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The store is spotless and very well maintained, which makes the whole experience even better. Every visit has been a great one, and it’s definitely my go-to place for ice cream. If you’re looking for the best ice cream and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend this Baskin-Robbins!

Placed my Ice cream order at the drive thru, staff was friendly and helpful. The sherbert was great.

Drive through only after 10pm, but there wasn't a menu listing what flavors they offered so ordering was a bit chaotic. But the workers did a good job working through the challenges to get our large order.
